With three decades of experience in IT working with various platforms and technologies, Scott has helped hundreds of companies improve their application performance anywhere in the software development life cycle. He is a frequent speaker at software testing conferences and a thought leader in the performance engineering, testing, and observability space. He’s the host of The Performance Tour Road show (theperformancetour.com) and the SMC Journal Podcast. Both feature educational and entertaining online videos about performance engineering topics.
James Pulley
Chief Performance Officer, QA Consultants
James is the Chief Performance Officer at QA Consultants. For the majority of the last 30 years, James has focused his career on helping companies identify performance improvements well beyond the scope of performance testing. His engineering approach focuses on design analysis and pattern recognition during the development of large-scale software projects. He is co-host of the Perfbytes podcast, the host of the Perfbytes “News of the Damned” podcast, and the author of the book “Interviewing & Hiring Software Performance Test Professionals”.
